Most pecans sit in a warehouse for who-knows-how-long before they ever reach a shelf. Which is exactly why so many taste flat, dry, or just...off. Ours don't. These are raw, organic pecans are from our 2026 winter harvest, hand-packed and shipped at their peak.

No old nuts. No mystery bag. Just a pecan that actually tastes like a pecan.

Pecans are high in antioxidants and omega-3s, and they're packed with vitamins and minerals - including manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium.

Turns out "good for you" doesn't have to taste like old cardboard.

• 100% Raw Organic Pecans
• Shelled, hand-packed in 1lb bags (e.g. a 15lb order = 15 bags)
• ~3¾ cups shelled pecans per pound, approx. 200 pieces per pound

May contain occasional shell fragments

How to Store

Keep them sealed and refrigerated - pecan oils are delicate, and sunlight or warm temperatures can quickly change their taste and quality.

Planning to nibble through a bag in 1-2 weeks? They're fine left out, just don't forget about them.

For longer storage, they'll keep in the freezer for up to a year. Ideal storage range: 32°F–41°F.
