HOW TO STORE

Our Raw Organic Pecans should ALWAYS be kept sealed and refrigerated, as their oils are delicate. Sunlight and warm temperatures can alter the oils, quickly affecting the taste and quality of the pecan meat. If you plan to nibble and devour them within 1-2 weeks, they can be left out - don't forget about them! For longer storage, they can be placed in the freezer for up to a year. 

To maintain the freshness and quality of your pecans, be sure to keep them sealed and at a temperature between 32°F and 41°F.
