HOW TO STORE
Our Raw Organic Pecans should ALWAYS be kept sealed and placed in the fridge as their oils are fragile. Sunlight and warm temperatures will alter the oils, which can quickly affect the taste and quality of the pecan meat. If you plan to nibble and eat them quickly within 1-2 weeks, they can be left out - just don't forget about them! For longer periods, they can be placed in the freezer for up to a year.
To maintain the freshness and quality of your pecans, be sure to keep them sealed and at a temperature between 32F and 41F.

Best Pecans!
I eat a lot of pecans (as well as walnuts). Mostly in a baked oatmeal dish, but occasionally by themselves. I stated it in a prior walnut review, but hands down these are the best pecans I've ever had. Didn't realize store bought pecans out of bins were so stale (and sometimes rancid) until having fresh pecans from Corky's Nuts. Try them yourself and you won't be disappointed.

So, I just sat down on the couch and started eating these out of the bag. Not in anything, not with anything, just all by themselves. I’m sure they would taste amazing in a salad with goat cheese or something but I never got that far. They are delicious all by themselves. Don’t judge me. Buy these.

Just opened my first bag of pecans purchased from Corky's. They are exquisitely fresh and crunchy, with great flavor! I've been disappointed so many times from store-bought nuts that are rancid - what a great pleasure to eat these nuts AND support a small business in the process. Delicious!!

My grandmother's family owned a pecan farm in SC long ago and she passed down her love (and scrutiny) of pecans to me. These beauties would have delighted her - golden-brown, sweet, and intensely flavorful. I'm so glad Corky's is offering them!

All of my orders from Corky’s were fabulous - the walnuts, the citrus, the amazing avocados - that are twice the size and five times the flavor and density of those we get from Sprouts (and wind up discarding) - but the pecans are just amazing. We take the advice and keep them in the fridge and then snack on those cool, crunchy, sweet, nutty healthy and satisfying snacks. Love them!
