HOW TO STORE

Our Raw Organic Pecans should ALWAYS be kept sealed and placed in the fridge as their oils are fragile. Sunlight and warm temperatures will alter the oils, which can quickly affect the taste and quality of the pecan meat. If you plan to nibble and eat them quickly within 1-2 weeks, they can be left out - just don't forget about them! For longer periods, they can be placed in the freezer for up to a year. 

To maintain the freshness and quality of your pecans, be sure to keep them sealed and at a temperature between 32F and 41F.
