Pair the arils (seeds) with our organic walnuts over a scoop of chocolate ice cream, and you've got yourself a most wonderful treat. They're also great for juicing, adding to sauces & salads, or reducing into a glaze - you really can't go wrong with any way of enjoying these beauties.
SIZING

Slight skin blemishes are typical and are a sign of peak flavor and ripeness.

STORAGE TIPS!
Open your pomegranates as soon as they arrive. Whole, they'll keep in the fridge for 1–2 months - or dig in right away if you can't wait. Once separated, the arils store beautifully in the freezer for up to 6 months. Bonus: they make a gorgeous addition to your holiday table.

Delicious
Corky's Nuts pomegranates are transformative to this Southerner. I've spent my entire life in North Carolina and Georgia, so I always found recipes that use pomegranate arils as completely edible to be very annoying--the seeds were always like rocks. The seeds in Corky's pomegranates are not only tasty, they are richly satisfying. And the fruit is the perfect blend of tart and sweet. I buy a lot of local food from small farms here in NC, but I never realized how huge a difference it could make buying from a small farm in California. I'm glad I took the leap. It's definitely worth it.

The Pomegranates I ordered came on time and were packed well. The product was first-rate and much better than expected. The Pomegranates were sweet and very fresh. They were so good I re-ordered another batch within a week.

OMG these are beyond good. They are almost sweet and so easy to eat on their own which is unusual for this fruit. I mixed some in with homemade cranberry sauce and it was absolutely delicious. I'm so glad I ordered them!
