Each single ingredient, hand-crafted batch is stone-ground and smooth in consistency with small bits of fresh, delicious walnuts, folded in. A luscious, buttery spread using just our fresh walnuts alone!

- INGREDIENTS: 100% Raw Organic Walnuts
Most walnut butters are made with roasted walnuts or by using a high-powered food processor or auger. This high-heat method destroys enzymes and many health/nutritional benefits of raw walnuts and their precious oil. Our walnuts are never roasted, so you're able to enjoy the same nutritional benefits found in our fresh, raw organic walnuts.
Walnut butter is perfect for using in dressings, smoothies, slathering on bread, or even a dollop over vanilla ice cream and oatmeal for a lovely nutty finish. It's a delicious, and dare we say, divine, buttery spread.
IMPORTANT: Refrigeration is recommended and please note colder temperatures will slightly thicken the butter and may temporarily alter its flavor. Moisture can also affect the longevity of walnut butter, so if you're one to devour quickly, your jar can be left out. Please be mindful of double dipping, cross contamination, and leaving out unsealed.

Best Not Shared
I had no idea there was walnut butter, but there is, and you should keep it all to yourself. Just you, Corky's walnut butter, and a cool, dark place where you can't be bothered. I used a spoon, but you don't have to be prude. Fingers are a perfectly good choice, too.

The Ganache of Nut Butters
The texture and taste feel like a cloud of walnutty goodness! Such a different experience from other hard nut butters where the solids separate from the oils. And the taste! I've had Corky's raw walnuts and know that they are sweet not bitter, but that sweetness is even more apparent in this butter. The experience feels more like eating walnut ganache than a nut butter!
