Most walnut butters are made with roasted walnuts or by using a high-powered food processor or auger. This high-heat method destroys enzymes and many health/nutritional benefits of raw walnuts and their precious oil. Our walnuts are never roasted, so you're able to enjoy the same nutritional benefits found in our fresh, raw organic walnuts.
Walnut butter is perfect for using in dressings, smoothies, slathering on bread, or even a dollop over vanilla ice cream and oatmeal for a lovely nutty finish. It's a delicious, and dare we say, divine, buttery spread.
IMPORTANT: Refrigeration is recommended and please note colder temperatures will slightly thicken the butter and may temporarily alter its flavor. Moisture can also affect the longevity of walnut butter, so if you're one to devour quickly, your jar can be left out. Please be mindful of double dipping, cross contamination, and leaving out unsealed.

Walnut Butter
Yesterday, to my entire family's delight, our Corky's box arrived. In it, two jars of walnut butter (and three bags of nuts but that's for another time). Today, I planned my lunch around toast with walnut butter. Tomorrow, breakfast will be planned around walnut butter. By the following day, I will begin panicking about the end of the first jar of walnut butter so I will start to hoard it by hiding it in the back of the fridge and the other jar in the depths of the pantry. And that is how much we love Corky's Walnut Butter. Thank you for making it so very good.
Walnut Butter
What a delicious treat. It is now our morning routine to have the walnut butter with honey on half a bagel. We are addicted. I hope we never run out. Need to start stockpiling. Thank you for such a healthy treat.
Amazingly addictive
This is my first order of the walnut butter and I am so impressed. My only complaint is that a bigger jar is not available yet! It didn't last long at our house. Such a pure flavor and you can taste the quality of the walnuts.
