Our 2023 OLIVE OIL harvest is a blend of Certified Organic Manzanilla & Mission Olives. Future harvests will include our maturing trees of Arbequina and Koroneiki.

One bottle has notes of green olive and artichoke, gives way for a subtle sweet, spicy finish. The other is slightly floral with that same bright spicy finish. Use often and with love. Drizzle over pasta, ice cream, or over bread with salt and fresh herbs.
