This oil is WONDERFUL. Bright green, with a bit of olive sediment, incredibly flavorful. I keep it stored in the fridge to protect it (I live in a tropical climate, so heat kills olive oil really quickly), and it's so fresh that it solidifies in the fridge like ghee. Love it drizzled on salads, eggs, grain bowls, bread.
It was so enticing to be able to order Olive Oil that was just pressed and incredibly fresh and it is excellent. It is has a rich, full flavor with a definite spiciness. Excellent in its own, with balsamic for dipping, or drizzled over a dish. I hope that this will be an annual offering from Corky's from now on!
