All orders ship USPS Priority or Ground Advantage. Unless a product states "free shipping," your shipping rate is based on the amount of pounds purchased and destination.
Shipping starts at $11 per order.
All orders that contain any perishable seasonal items will ship via USPS Priority.
ONE ORDER - ONE SHIPMENT: If your order includes pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once all items become available. Items with designated harvest dates, like our Organic Pomegranates, Organic Green Walnuts, etc., ship during the harvest week window selected on your invoice & shown on the product page.
FREE SHIPPING $175+: All items in your order will ship in one shipment. If you order a perishable item with a harvest date posted and another item that is a preorder item for a following month, your order/item will be edited for items ship at the same time. Please place a separate order if you wish to receive an item earlier or later.
Our small-batch Cold Pressed Organic Walnut Oil monthly batches will ship on, or within 14 days, of the release date stated on invoice/product page.
Our seasonal Raw Organic Walnut Provisions typically ship between 1-3 business days of ordering. If you are "PRE-ORDERING" any item, please check your invoice, and the product page, for the estimated release/ship date. Please note this is an "estimated" timeline and if you have any urgent needs, feel free to contact us with any questions.
RETURN / DAMAGES POLICY
At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to food safety protocols.
If you encounter any problems with your shipment or order, please email us with your order number and details regarding the product within 24hrs of receiving.
We ask that you photograph your package and its contents and send to info@corkysnuts.com upon receipt of package. We will respond quickly and with instructions on how to proceed.
SHIPPING POLICY
When your order is shipped via USPS (Priority or Ground), you will receive an email from us notifying you, along with tracking info so you are aware of its estimated arrival. Please notify us within 24hrs of the delivery date if there are any concerns or issues with your order. If you have not received your order within 7-10 business days of your shipping notification email, please notify us ASAP.
If your order is returned to us, or delivered to an inaccurate address because of an address error on your part at the time you placed your order, you will be responsible for updating us with the correct address, as well as any additional costs associated with fulfilling and re-shipping your order.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL), CORKY'S NUTS is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, missing or delayed packages. The shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the delivery and handling of your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management. If the package is still missing, a claim must be filed with the carrier.

CORKY'S NUTS is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that have been lost or stolen, or are missing after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
