SHIPPING

All orders ship USPS Priority or Ground Advantage. Unless a product states "free shipping," your shipping rate is based on the amount of pounds purchased and destination.

Shipping starts at $11 per order.

All orders that contain perishable seasonal items will ship via USPS Priority. 

ONE ORDER - ONE SHIPMENT: If your order includes pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once all items become available. Perishable items with designated harvest dates, like our Organic Pomegranates, Organic Green Walnuts, etc., ship during the harvest week window selected on your invoice & shown on the product page. 

Our small-batch Cold Pressed Organic Walnut Oil monthly batches will ship on, or within 14 days, of the release date stated on invoice/product page.

Our seasonal Raw Organic Walnut Provisions typically ship between 1-3 business days of ordering. If you are "PRE-ORDERING" any item, please check your invoice, and the product page, for the estimated release/ship date. Please note this is an "estimated" timeline and if you have any urgent needs, feel free to contact us with any questions. 

  

RETURN POLICY

At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.


If you encounter any problems with your shipment or order, please CONTACT US with your order number and details regarding the product within 24hrs of receiving.

We ask that you photograph your package and its contents and send to info@corkysnuts.com. We will respond quickly and with instructions on how to proceed.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you along with tracking info so you are aware of its estimated arrival. Please notify us within 24hrs of the delivery date if there are any concerns or issues with your order. If you have not received your order within 7-10 business days of your shipping notification email, please notify us. 

We are not responsible for packages that have shipped and have been marked "delivered" by the carrier, or any packages that contain an incorrect address. 

If your order is returned to us, or delivered to an inaccurate address because of an address error on your part at the time you placed your order, you will be responsible for updating us with the correct address, as well as any additional costs associated with fulfilling and re-shipping your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please email us ASAP at info@corkysnuts.com and we will do our best to edit on our end prior to shipment.
