From Tree to Table: A Walnut Adventure!
Our 2025 walnut harvest has officially wrapped, and what a journey it’s been! Golden sunlight filtering through the trees, incredible afternoon cloud formations, and our dad, Corky, 81 years young and filled with the kind of energy only a lifelong farmer can muster, keeping us on our toes. This year, the whole family pitched in (say "Hi" to Mom!) to bring in our delicious harvest, which will soon be at your fingertips!
Harvest is like a little festival of nutty chaos (pun absolutely intended). There’s laughter, too many squirrels hoarding the same harvest to count, and plenty of moments where someone inevitably says, “Look what I found!” This year, we were graced by fun tree textures, little beings that said hello during the commotion of all the harvest machinery, and our trusty "nut guard" Ollie, who made sure no one was stealing his walnut!
