Come craft your own batch of Nocino, a liqueur using unripened green walnuts, with the founders of CORKY'S NUTS!

We'll take you on a mixing adventure using an assortment of ingredients and our fresh, organic walnuts picked right off the trees! During this 2.5-3h class, we'll walk you through the process and show you how to make this delicious, traditional Italian digestif.

It'll be a fun and relaxed environment to learn and meet fellow "walnut lovers". This workshop is for anyone 21+ or older and is only offered once a year.

Class size is limited and first timers are welcome!

- Personalized instruction with our founder, Nicole
- 1, 750ml & 2, 375ml glass bottles w/ corks to store finished batch ($140 value)
Tour of Hartley walnut orchard: Rumsey location only
- Canvas tote bag to carry your newly made goodies

Participants are responsible for their own transportation and hotel/airbnb accommodations. Once registered, you'll receive detailed information and directions 21 days prior to event date, depending on selected location. Lunch will be provided at $12/person, if selected above (Rumsey location only). We'll have a delicious meal prepared using local, organic produce from the Capay Valley.   
 
**Classes are hands-on and only available to those who are 21+ and older.
**People with nut allergies should NOT register for this workshop. 
**Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee within 14 days & 75% cancellation fee within 7 days of workshop date.
